Just got back from a mate's house where we watched Matchstick Productions newest movie This is way I see it. Have to say that last year I was a bit disappointed with Matchsticks movie, but seriously this year they have claimed it again. ¨
Definitely the best one this year that I have seen so far. Well Deeper was okay, Poor Boyz was sweet and well Level 1, well the part that somebody rides deep pow in a XXXXXL T-shirt and his jacket open isn't as cool as one might think. But anyways, just watching the best ripping on pow, rails, kickers, and stomping the shit out of everything just brings my mental side one step closer to winter. I'm stocked, new skis, new boots, back-armor and new camera gear.

Yep, you read right, I bought a new lens and a flash today. Also before you go all mental about: why do you need this and that let me just clarify a couple of things. First of all I got third place in a photo comp so I think that's a good reason to be a gear slut and buy new stuff, but yeah seriously I've worked so hard and I think I deserve some new toys.
It's building up slowly but I'm quite satisfied with it...Another four days of work left and then it's time to hit SkiEXPO here in Helsinki, yeah the EXPO is a great way to spend the day, and bringing out our inner gear sluts, but the best thing about it is seeing all my friends who share the same passion for snow. And as usual, Ingrid Backstrom ruled with her part.
